This idea shaped the AI for Students session conducted for the MHRM, MCom, Psychology, and MCA batches at Kristu Jyothi College. The interaction focused on helping students understand how Artificial Intelligence is becoming a powerful support system across disciplines, not just in technical fields.
The session explored how AI tools are already being used in everyday academic and professional tasks. From research assistance and content creation to data analysis and workflow efficiency, students were introduced to practical ways AI can enhance productivity and improve outcomes. The discussion also highlighted how different domains—HR, finance, psychology, and IT—are increasingly integrating AI into their processes.
Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, led the session by simplifying complex AI concepts and connecting them with real-world applications. He emphasized that AI is not about replacing human thinking, but about improving speed, accuracy, and decision-making when used effectively.
As the interaction progressed, students began to realise that AI can be a valuable tool in their academic journey as well as their future careers.
