I have attended many induction and related programs. Among that, Sri. Brahmanayakam Mahadevan sir's programme was the one which I have felt as productive. And, I came to attend the session with the expectation "3 days, will have to sit there bored". But it turned out to be somewhat the same as the one I mentioned above. It was so effective, as I guess the methods both Vishnu sir and Jyothis sir used were to make us do some activities in order to keep our brains more attentive, and yes, that was effective and successful. My internship at Team Inspire, Srishti Innovative, was a turning point in my learning journey. It helped me grow from a classroom learner to someone with real-world exposure. The supportive team, practical sessions, and collaborative tasks improved my confidence, communication, and technical skills. This short program brought a big change in my character, especially in terms of responsibility and professionalism.

I’m honored to present a brief reflection on our 15-day internship journey – an experience that was not only educational but also incredibly inspiring and transformative.

Right from the beginning, we were introduced to the core vision of the program: to face fear, embrace learning, and grow with confidence. This message resonated with us throughout the entire journey.

We started by building self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Sessions on stress management, emotional expression, and empathy helped us reflect deeply on ourselves and others, shaping us into more mindful and emotionally intelligent individuals.

Gradually, we were introduced to essential digital tools and technical skills. Our learning expanded into sessions on Microsoft Excel, Digital Marketing, and AI & Robotics. From mastering formulas in Excel to building websites and exploring the world of artificial intelligence, each session equipped us with future-ready skills and a hands-on understanding of the digital landscape.

Through leadership activities, group presentations, and individual speaking opportunities, we discovered our strengths, built confidence, and developed a sense of collaboration and communication.

By the end of the program, we were no longer the same individuals who had started it. We had become more confident, aware, and connected — ready to take on new challenges.

In short, this internship wasn’t just a program – it was a transformative journey.

18/09/2023 തിങ്കളാഴ്ചയാണ് ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിന്റെ ആദ്യ ക്ലാസ് തുടങ്ങിയത്. ആദ്യത്തെ ക്ലാസ് എടുത്തത് വിഷ്ണു പ്രസാദ് സാറാണ്. രണ്ടാമത്തെ അഖില ചേച്ചി, പിന്നെ സുജിത് സർ. എല്ലാവരുടെയും ക്ലാസ് വളരെ നന്നായിരുന്നു. നമ്മുടെ അതെ character, vibe ഉള്ള അധ്യാപകരായിരുന്നു. ഒരുപാട് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു എല്ലാ ഗെയിംസും, കാര്യങ്ങളും. എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട വളരെ നല്ല ക്ലാസ് ആയിരുന്നു ഇത്. എല്ലാവരെയും പരിചയപ്പെടാനും, അവരുമായി സൗഹൃദം സ്ഥാപിക്കാനും പറ്റി. ഇവിടുന്നു ഇവർ പോയാലും സാറിനെയും ചേച്ചിയെയും miss ചെയ്യും. എല്ലാ ദിവസവും മുടങ്ങാതെ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ വരാൻ പറ്റി. അതിനുള്ള ഒരേയൊരു കാരണം സുജിത് സർ, അഖില ചേച്ചി, വിഷ്ണുപ്രസാദ് സർ, ഇവരാണ്. അത്രക്കും ഒരുപാട് ഇഷ്ടപെട്ട ക്ലാസ് ആയിരുന്നു. നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ വേണ്ട എല്ലാം പറഞ്ഞു തന്നു. ഞാൻ ഒരിക്കലും ഈ ക്ലാസ് മറക്കില്ല. അത്രക്കും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. എൻ്റെ പേര് സനത് സാബു. എനിക്ക് ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിലെ അഞ്ചു ദിവസവും ക്ലാസ് ലഭിച്ചു. ആ ക്ലാസ്സുകളിൽ നിന്ന് എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ മുന്നേറ്റങ്ങൾക്കും, ജീവിതത്തിൽ മുന്നോട് പോകാൻ ആവശ്യമായ കാരണങ്ങൾ ലഭിച്ചു. ഈ ക്ലാസ്സുകളിൽ കിട്ടിയ അറിവുകൾ കൊണ്ട ജീവിതത്തിൽ മുന്നേറാൻ ഞാൻ പ്രയത്നിക്കും. ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിലെ ഒന്നാം ദിവസത്തെ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന സോണുകളെക്കുറിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു തന്നു. അതുപോലെതന്നെ leading qualities-നെ പറ്റി പറഞ്ഞുതരുകയും അതുപോലെതന്നെ എല്ലാവരുമായി നല്ല ഒരു relationship maintain ചെയ്യാൻ എന്നെ ഒരുപാട് സഹായിച്ചു. ക്ലാസ്സിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും attraction ആയ കാര്യമായിരുന്നു നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ വേണ്ടുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ, പഠികേണ്ടാതായ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഓരോ ഓരോ activities-ലൂടെ ആക്കി ഒരു പ്രയാസം കൂടാതെ എല്ലാ മൂല്യങ്ങളും അറിയാൻ സാധിച്ചു. അങ്ങനെ എല്ലാ ദിവസങ്ങളിലും സാറുമാർ ഓരോ കാര്യം പറയുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം അതിന്റെ activity ചെയ്യിപ്പിച്ച ക്ലാസ്, ഒരു കുട്ടിക്ക് പോലും bore അടിക്കാത്ത വിധത്തിൽ വളരെ enjoy ചെയ്താണ് class attend ചെയ്തത്. ഈ ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിലൂടെ എന്റെ കഴിവുകളെയും അതുപോലെതന്നെ എന്റെ പോരായ്മകളെയും അവ മറികടക്കാനുള്ള മാർഗങ്ങളും, ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഉടനീളം മുന്നോട്ട് കൊണ്ടുപോകുമ്പോൾ കൂടെകൂട്ടണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം ഈ ചുരുങ്ങിയ അഞ്ചു ദിവസത്തെ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ നിന്ന് അറിയാൻ സാധിച്ചു. അതിലുപരി ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ക്ലാസ് എടുത്ത സുജിത് സർ, വിഷ്ണുപ്രസാദ് സർ. അഖില ടീച്ചർ ഞങ്ങളെ വളരെ അധികം entertain ചെയുകയും കുറെ moral values പഠിപ്പിച്ചു തരുകയും ചെയ്തു.

എൻറെ പേര് അൽഅമീൻ എസ്. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാം നടന്നത് 18/09/2023 മുതൽ 25/09/2023 വരെയായിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണ് ഇതുപോലെയൊരു ക്ലാസിനു ഇരിക്കുന്നത്. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ക്ലാസ് എടുക്കാൻ മൂന്ന് പരിചയസമ്പത്തുള്ള അധ്യാപകർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ക്ലാസ് full enjoyment ആയിരുന്നു. ഞങ്ങൾ അവരെ ഒരുപാട് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിച്ചു എന്നാലും അവർ അതൊന്നും മനസ്സിൽ വൈകാതെയാണ് ക്ലാസ് എടുത്തത്. എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ നല്ല മുഹൂർത്തങ്ങൾ ആയിരുന്നു ഈ ദിവസങ്ങൾ.

എൻ്റെ പേര് അജയ് എസ്. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാം നടന്നത് 18/09/ 2023 മുതൽ 25/09/2023 വരെയായിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു ക്ലാസ് attend ചെയ്തത്. ഇത് ഒരു വേറിട്ട അനുഭവമായിരുന്നു. ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു ആഴ്ച full enjoy ചെയ്തു. ക്ലാസ് എല്ലാം നല്ലതായിരുന്നു. എല്ലാവരും നല്ല friendly ആയിരുന്നു, അതുകൊണ്ട്‌തന്നെ ക്ലാസ് ഒട്ടും മടുപ്പില്ലായിരുന്നു. ക്ലാസ്സിൽ തന്ന എല്ലാ ആക്ടിവിറ്റീസും നല്ല fun ആണ്. ഞാൻ എൻ്റെ 100% active ആയിട്ടാണ് ആക്ടിവിറ്റി complete ചെയ്തത്. നമ്മുടെ മുന്നോട്ടുള്ള ജീവിതത്തിൽ നമ്മൾ എടുക്കേണ്ട initiatives, നമ്മുടെ goal achieve ചെയ്യാനുള്ള foundations, decision making, goal achieve ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടിയുള്ള time managements, എല്ലാം ഓരോ activities ആയി മനസിലാക്കി തന്നു. പറഞ്ഞു തന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ചെയ്യും.

ഈ ആഴ്ചകൊണ്ട് നടന്ന ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാം എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും മികച്ചത് ആയിട്ടാണ് തോന്നിയത്. ഓരോരോ ഗെയിമുകൾകൊണ്ടും ഒട്ടനേകം സന്തോഷങ്ങളും മനസ്സിന് കുറെ സമാധാനവും അനുഭവപെട്ടു. വിഷ്ണു സാറിന്റെയും സുജിത് സാറിന്റെയും അഖില മിസ്സിന്റെയും ക്ലാസ് ഒട്ടനവധി നേട്ടങ്ങളാണ് നൽകിയത്. പിന്നെ നമ്മുടെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള ആളുകളെ സ്നേഹിക്കാനും മാനുഷിക പരിഗണന നൽകാനും ഈ ക്ലാസ്സുകൊണ്ട് എന്നെ സഹായിച്ചു. ഈ പ്രോഗ്രാമിൽ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് നല്ല അറിവുകൾ പകർന്നു തന്ന ഓരോ സാരഥികൾക്കും ഒരായിരം നന്ദി.  

എൻ്റെ പേര് ശ്രീലക്ഷ്മി. ഞാൻ S. EC വിദ്യാർഥിയാണ്. എൻ്റെ ജീവിതത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല 5 ദിവസങ്ങളാണ് ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞത്. ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണ് ഒരു ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിൽ ഞാൻ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നത്. ക്ലാസ്സുകളൊക്കെ വളരെ നല്ലതായിരുന്നു. മൂന്നു അധ്യാപകരും നല്ല friendly ആയിരുന്നു. എനിക്കറിയാത്ത ഒരുപാട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ പഠിക്കാനും എൻ്റെ ഉള്ളിലെ കഴുവുകൾ തിരിച്ചറിയാനും സാധിച്ചു. കുറച്ചു ദിവസത്തേക്കാണെങ്കിലും ഒരു കൊച്ചുകുട്ടിയായി മാറുകയായിരുന്നു ഞാനും. മാത്രമല്ല ഈ പ്രോഗ്രംമിലൂടെ ആണ് എൻ്റെ ക്ലാസ്സിലെ കൂടുതൽ പേരെയും ഞാൻ പരിചയപ്പെട്ടത്. എൻ്റെ ക്ലാസ്സിലെ ഓരോരുത്തരെയും മനസിലാക്കാനും കഴിഞ്ഞു. പിന്നെ ഒരുപാട് games ഒക്കെ കളിപ്പിച്ചു. ഒരു വേറിട്ട അനുഭവം തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു എനിക്കിത്. ഇനി ഒരിക്കലും ഇങ്ങനെയൊരു ക്ലാസ്സോ അനുഭവമോ എൻ്റെ ജീവിതത്തിലെനിക്ക് കിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് അറിയാം. എന്നിരുന്നാൽ തന്നെയും എന്നെന്നും ഓർക്കാൻ ഒരുപാട് നല്ല ഓർമ്മകൾ എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇത്രയും നല്ല നാല് ദിവസങ്ങൾ സമ്മാനിച്ച അഖില ചേച്ചിക്കും, സുജിത് സാറിനും, വിഷ്ണു സാറിനും ഒരുപാട് നന്ദി അറിയിക്കുന്നു.

പുതുമയാർന്ന 5 ദിവസങ്ങൾ കടന്നുപോയി. സുജിത് സാറിന്റെ ice-breaking- ൽ തുടങ്ങിയ ക്ലാസ് 5 ദിവസം വിഷ്ണു സാർ എടുത്ത ക്ലാസ്സിൽ തീർന്നു. വളരെയധികം മികച്ച ക്ലാസുകൾ ആയിരുന്നു. എൻ്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഒരു ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഇരുന്നു ഇത്രമാത്രം സന്തോഷിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ക്ലാസ് എടുത്ത സുജിത് സർ, വിഷ്ണു സർ, അഖില ചേച്ചി, ഇവർ മൂന്നുപേരും ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞുപോയ 5 ദിവസവും ഞങ്ങളെ സന്തോഷിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചിന്തിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. എല്ലാ സ്ട്രെസ്സിൽ നിന്നും എന്നെ മാറ്റാൻ സഹായിച്ചു. ഒരു സ്റ്റേജിന്റെ മുന്നിൽ വന്നു നിന്ന് സംസാരിക്കാൻ മടിയായിരുന്നു എന്നാൽ ഇവർ പകർന്നു തന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ എനിക്ക് എൻ്റെ പേടി മാറ്റാൻ സഹായിച്ചു. ദിവസവും ഉള്ള ക്ലാസ്സിലൂടെ എനിക്ക് പുതിയ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പഠിക്കുവാനും കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാം എന്ന് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ആദ്യം വളരെ അധികം serious ആയ ക്ലാസ് ആയിരിക്കുമെന്നു വിചാരിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ തുടർച്ചയായുള്ള ക്ലാസ്സിലൂടെ അത് നമ്മളെ ഒരു മനോഹരമായ ലോകത്തേക്ക് പോകുവാനുള്ള ഒരു സ്വർണ്ണവാതിലാണ് എന്ന മനസിലായി. ഇവിടെ വന്ന ഓരോ പരിശീലകരും ഞങ്ങളിൽ ഒരാൾ എന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് സംസാരിച്ചതും പ്രവർത്തിച്ചതും. ഈ ക്ലാസുകൾ വളരെയധികം മാറ്റങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ട്ടിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്ന് അറിയിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

എങ്ങനെ `എഴുതണമെന്നോ എവിടെ നിന്ന് തുടങ്ങണം എന്നോ ഒന്നും എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല. ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിനെ കുറിച്ചു പറയാൻ പറഞ്ഞാൽ എനിക്ക് ആദ്യം പറയാൻ തോന്നുന്നത് ഇതുവരെയുള്ള കോളേജ് ദിവസങ്ങളിലെ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല ദിവസങ്ങളായിരുന്നു ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞു പോയ നാല് ദിവസങ്ങൾ. ബാക്കിയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന കഴിഞ്ഞു പോയ രണ്ടു ആഴ്ചകളും ഒട്ടും താല്പര്യം ഇല്ലാതെയായിരുന്നു ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഇരുന്നത്. ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിലെ ഈ ദിവസങ്ങളായിരുന്നു ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഇരിക്കൻ തന്നെ തോന്നിയത്. സുജിത് സാറിനെ കുറിച് പറയാനാണെങ്കിൽ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല.. ഒരു രക്ഷയുമില്ല. സർ നല്ല കലിപ്പ് ആയിരിക്കും എന്നാണ് ആദ്യം കരുതിയത് പക്ഷെ അങ്ങനെയല്ലായിരുന്നു സർ എല്ലാരേം അറിഞ്ഞാണ് പെരുമാറിയത്. അതുമാത്രമല്ല ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഒപ്പം ഇറങ്ങി ഞങ്ങളിൽ ഒരാളായിയാണ് ക്ലാസ് ഒക്കെ എടുത്തത്. കൂടാതെ സ്റ്റേജിൽ കയറിയാൽ തലകറങ്ങുന്ന അല്ലേൽ വിറക്കുന്ന എൻ്റെ പേടി കുറെയൊക്കെ കുറഞ്ഞു. സാറിനെ കുറിച്ചു പറയാൻ ഒന്നേയുള്ളൂ സർ അടിപൊളിയാണ്, സർ nice ആണ്.. വിഷ്ണു സാറിന്റെ ക്ലാസ് നല്ല bore ഇല്ലാത്ത രീതിയിലായിരുന്നു. സമയം പോകുന്നതേ അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു. സർ പറഞ്ഞു തന്ന എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ലെങ്കിലും കുറച്ചു നല്ല കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഓർമയിലുണ്ട്. ജീവിതത്തിൽ മുന്നോട്ട് കൊണ്ടുപോകാവുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളാണ് അവയെല്ലാം.എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും മുന്നോട്ട് കൊണ്ടുപോകാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിലും ചിലതെങ്കിലും മുന്നോട്ട് കൊണ്ട് പോകാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചിരിക്കും. അഖില ചന്ദ്രനെക്കുറിച്ചു പറയുവാണേൽ, അവരെ മാഡം, ടീച്ചർ എന്നോ വിളിക്കുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ ചേച്ചി എന്ന് വിളിക്കാനാണ് എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയത്. ഒരു പരിചയവുമില്ലാത്ത ആളായിരുന്നു എങ്കിലും അങ്ങനെ തോന്നിയതേയില്ല. മുൻപ് അറിയുന്നത് പോലെയാണ് feel ചെയ്തത്. ചേച്ചിയുടെ ക്ലാസ് മുഴുവൻ ശ്രദ്ധയോടെ ഒന്നുമില്ലായിരുന്നു ആദ്യം ഒക്കെ ഞാൻ ഇരുന്നത് ഉറങ്ങി ഒക്കെയാണ് ഇരുന്നത്. പലപ്പോഴും ഓരോ ആക്ടിവിറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നും ഞാൻ മാറി നിന്നപ്പോൾ എല്ലാം ചേച്ചി വന്നു കൂടെ ചേർക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എനിക്കും ഒരു ചേച്ചിയാണുള്ളത് അതുപോലെയാണ് ഞാൻ അഖില ചേച്ചിയെ കണ്ടതും. ക്ലാസ് എടുക്കാൻ വന്ന ആളെപോലെയോ തോന്നിയില്ല. അതുമാത്രമല്ല ചേച്ചിയോട് കൂടുതൽ മിണ്ടണം, സംസാരിക്കണം എന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു എങ്കിലും എനിയ്ക്കു മടിയായിരുന്നു. ചേച്ചി വളരെ friendly ആയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോഴും നല്ല cool ആയിട്ടാണ് കാണാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത്. പിന്നെ കുറെ നല്ല കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു തന്നിരുന്നു. ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാം കഴിയുന്നതോടെ നിങ്ങളെ എല്ലാവരെയും, കഴിഞ്ഞു പോയ ദിവസങ്ങളും വളരെ മിസ് ചെയുമെന്നുള്ളത് ഉറപ്പാണ്. കോളേജിലെ നല്ല ദിവസങ്ങൾ എന്ന ഉറപ്പിച്ചു പറയാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ദിവസങ്ങൾ സമ്മാനിച്ചതിന് എല്ലാവര്ക്കും സ്നേഹവും നന്ദിയും നേരുന്നു.

എനിക്ക് ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിന്റെ 5 ദിവസത്തിലെ ക്ലാസ് കിട്ടി, അതിൽനിന്ന് കുറെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ അറിയാനും നമ്മുടെ ജീവിത്തിലേക്കെടുക്കാനും പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താനും ഞാൻ കഴിവതും ശ്രമിക്കും. ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാമിന്റെ ഒന്നാം ദിവസത്തിൽ എനിക്ക് കുറെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താനും സാധിച്ചു. നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ എന്താണോ ആകാൻ ശ്രമികുന്നത് അത് നിങ്ങൾ ആകുക. നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട സോണുകളെ കുറിച്ച അറിയാൻ സാധിച്ചു. നമ്മുടെ ചിന്തകൾക്ക് ഒരു മതിൽ കല്പിക്കരുത്, അതിനെ തുറന്നു വിടുക. പിന്നീട leadership qualities-നെ കുറിച്ച പറഞ്ഞു. എങ്ങനെയൊരു ലീഡർ ആകാമെന്നു പറയുകയും എന്തൊക്കെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ വേണമെന്നു തിരിച്ചറിവുണ്ടാവുകയും ചെയ്തു. എനിക്ക് ഇല്ലാത്തതും ഈ ക്ലാസ്സിലൂടെ കുറച്ചു കിട്ടിയതും ആത്മവിശാസം ആണ്. നല്ലൊരു relationship build ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കുമെന്നു എനിക്ക് മനസിലായി. നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ലക്ഷ്യമുണ്ടാകണമെന്നും അതിനു അതിർ വരമ്പു വയ്ക്കരുത്, എത്ര കുഞ്ഞു ലക്ഷ്യമായാലും നമ്മൾ അത് കൈപ്പിടിയിൽ ഒതുക്കണം, നമ്മൾ ഇപ്പോഴും ആ ലക്ഷ്യത്തിനു കുറച്ചു സമയം മാറ്റി വയ്ക്കണം. രണ്ടാം ദിവസത്തിന്റെ തുടക്കത്തിൽ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ഒരു കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് പ്രോഗ്രാം തുടങ്ങി. അത് നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ കിട്ടാത്ത ഒന്നാണ് സമയം. എൻ്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ എനിക്ക് എപ്പോഴും മനസിലാക്കേണ്ട ഒരു കാര്യമാണ്, ഒരു കാര്യം നമുക്കു ചെയ്ത തീർക്കാൻ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് സമയബന്ധിതമായിരിക്കണം. പിന്നീട് self-awareness, നമ്മൾ എന്താണ് ചെയുന്നത് എന്ന നമുക്കു ഒരു സ്വയബോദം വേണം. എനിക്ക് എൻ്റെ strength, weakness, opportunity, threat ഒക്കെ മനസിലാക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു. മൂന്നാം ദിവസത്തെയും നാലാം ദിവസത്തെയും ക്ലാസ്സിൽ കാര്യങ്ങൾ മനസിലാക്കാനും പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താനും സാധിച്ചു. എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ വന്നാൽ ഞാൻ ഓടി മാറുമായിരുന്നു. ഒരു തെറ്റ് എന്നെകൊണ്ട് ഉണ്ടായാൽ ഞാൻ അതിൽ വളരെ വിഷമിതനാകും എങ്ങനെ തീർക്കുമെന്ന് എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു. ഈ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഇരുന്നതോടെ എനിക്ക് മനസിലായി എന്റെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ എനിക്ക് പരിഹരിക്കാൻ പറ്റും. പിന്നെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ടെൻഷൻ/ സ്ട്രെസ് എന്നിവ മാറ്റാൻ എന്നെ സഹായിച്ചു. എന്റെ കടുത്ത ടെൻഷൻ എന്റെ സ്വഭാവത്തിൽ കുറെ കുറെ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരുന്നു അത് മനസിലാക്കാൻ എനിക്ക് ക്ലാസ്സിലൂടെ സാധിച്ചു. ഇത്രയും ദിവസത്തെ ക്ലാസ്സിൽ കുറെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ മനസിലായി, മൂന്ന് അധ്യാപകരും നല്ലതായി ക്ലാസ് നയിച്ച്. എൻ്റെ മനസ്സ് ഒന്ന് റിഫ്രഷ് ആയി. പല ആക്ടിവിറ്റീസിലൂടെ ക്ലാസ് വളരെയധികം ഗംഭീരവും ഉദ്യോഗജനകമായിരുന്നു. രസകരമായ മുഹൂ൪തങ്ങളിലൂടെ ആയിരുന്നു ക്ലാസ്സുകൾ കടന്നു പോയത്.

ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ ക്ലാസ് എന്നൊക്കെ കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ പലതരത്തിൽ ആലോചിച്ചു, എന്താണ് സംഭവമെന്നു. അറിയുന്നവരോടെല്ലാം അതിനെ പറ്റി അനേഷിച്ചു. പക്ഷെ എല്ലാവരും പറഞ്ഞതിൽ നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്തമായ കാര്യങ്ങളാണ് നടന്നത്. എൻ്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഞാൻ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു പരിപാടിയിലും പങ്കുചേർന്നിട്ടില്ല. അങ്ങനെ ആ മനോഹരമായ ക്ലാസുകൾ ഇന്ന് അവസാനിക്കുകയാണ്. കഴിഞ്ഞുപ്പോയ ദിവസങ്ങളെ ഓർത്തു വിഷമിച്ചിട്ട് കാര്യമില്ല കാരണം കഴിഞ്ഞുപോയത് ഒന്നും തിരിച്ചു വരില്ല. അതിമനോഹരമായ ക്ലാസുകൾ ആയിരുന്നു മൂന്നുപേരുടെയും. ഒട്ടും തന്നെ ബോറടിച്ചില്ല. ക്ലാസ്സുകളിലെ ആ ഒത്തൊരുമ കാണാൻ വളരെ മനോഹരമായിരുന്നു. മൂന്നുപേരുടെയും ക്ലാസുകൾ എൻ്റെ മനസിനെ വളരെയധികം സ്വാധീനിച്ചു. ഞാൻ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കാലത്തോളം നിങ്ങളെ ഒന്നും മറക്കില്ല, നിങ്ങളുടെ വാക്കുകളും. മൂന്നുപേരുടെയും ഞങ്ങളോടുള്ള സ്വഭാവവും, സഹകരണവും ഏന്നിൽ അതിശയങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു. ആദ്യമായാണ് ഒരു ക്ലാസ്സിൽ ഇത്രയധികം അ൪മാധികാനും, പരസ്പരം അടികൂടാനും, കളിക്കാനും ഒക്കെ പറ്റിയത്. ഞാൻ ആദ്യമൊക്കെ ഇതിനെ പറ്റി കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ക്ലാസിനു വരണം എന്ന് തോന്നിയതേയില്ല. പക്ഷെ നിങ്ങൾ വന്നത് മുതൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ ക്ലാസ്സുകളിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തതിന് ശേഷം എനിക്ക് വരാതിരിക്കാൻ പറ്റിയതേയില്ല. ഞാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞ 4 ക്ലാസ്സുകളിലും എത്തിയിരുന്നു. ഓരോ ദിവസം കഴിയുംതോറും ക്ലാസ്സുകളിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ എനിക്ക് വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും താല്പര്യം കൂടുകയായിരുന്നു. ഇനിയും ഒരു അവസരം ഇങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാകട്ടെ എന്ന ഞാൻ വളരെ അധികഎം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു. വീണ്ടും കണ്ടുമുട്ടും എന്ന വിശ്വാസത്തിൽ..  

ഈ ഒരാഴ്ച കൊണ്ട് കടന്നുപോയ ഇൻഡക്ഷൻ ക്ലാസ് വളരെ മികച്ചതായിരുന്നു. വിഷ്ണു സാറിന്റെയും സുജിത് സാറിന്റെയും അഖില മിസ്സിന്റെയും കമ്മിറ്റ്മെൻറ്റ്‌ പ്രത്യേകം എടുത്തു പറയേണ്ടതാണ്. പല വ്യത്യസ്തമായ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലൂടെയും പല ഗെയിംസിലൂടെയും അവർ ഞങ്ങളെ കൊണ്ടുപോയി. ഒപ്പം ചില പ്രാഥമിക അറിവിലൂടെയും, ജീവിതത്തിൽ എങ്ങനെ വിജയിക്കണമെന്നും, ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഒരു ലക്‌ഷ്യം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കുന്നതിനും പിന്നെ മാനുഷികമൂല്യങ്ങൾ കൈകൊള്ളുവാനും ഈ 5 ദിവസത്തെ ക്ലാസ് ഗുണകരമായി. ഈ ക്ലാസുകൾ എന്നെ എൻ്റെ കുട്ടികാലത്തെ ഓ൪മിപ്പിക്കുവാനും ഏറെ പ്രയോജനമായി. ഞാനിത് എൻ്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ തട്ടിപ്പറയുന്നതാണ്. ഈ മഹത്തായ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക് സഹായിച്ച ട്രെയിനർ-മാർക്കും, സൃഷ്ഠി ക്യാമ്പസ്-നും ഈ അവസരം ഉണ്ടാക്കി തന്ന എൻ്റെ കോളേജ് അധികാരികൾക്കും നന്ദിയും പിന്നെ നിങ്ങളെ പിരിയുന്ന വിഷമവും അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

The two days session was good, especially the second day. It was productive because included activities that explain many things. I hope to attend more sections like these in the future. Thanks to the people behind this.

The program initiated by the faculty members were really helpful and fun 😊. The activities made us realize many values and helped teach us lot of lessons through learning and experience. I really admire the time and effort taken by the teachers who were really talented people and whom I genuinely respect from the bottom of my heart ❤️. Each activity had it's importance and meaning to portray in the hardships of life, they taught us how to use those skills when and where as needed. How to react to a particular situation and what values to inculcate...etc. All this was an added advantage in training which built more team spirit, confidence, soft skills and enthusiasm among each one of us. Thus to improve ourselves they played a major role which made a better vision and enabled us to see things in a different perspective. THANK YOU !! 😇🙏

I have attended so many training sessions through online to train others as well as kids. But you peoples are simply superb. No more words to express.

The activities held during the class were so interesting... I personally enjoyed the session. It was a very good orientation class and I was able to understand many things. The mentors presented very nicely about career opportunities, career goals, leadership, and confidence without boring me at all. it was a very useful orientation program.

It's only after a long time that I get such an enjoyable session. Whether it was games, activities or content, it was so fun that it didn't get bored and finished in a very good way. Four days passed very quickly. I never expected this to be the way the class would be. That's why 4 days were very beautiful.

The session was absolutely fruitful for me...I learned a lot from the mentors and gained an idea for polishing the one I have in myself. Though we all had a little time with the mentors, It turned out to be the most promising investment we all, individually, made for ourselves. Looking forward to more from the team.

The orientation classes were too good. All the sessions were valuable. The way of conveying ideas and information through activities was nice. It helped me in realizing the importance of self-confidence, self-awareness, leadership, etc. The orientation program also focused on goals and how we can achieve them. Many aptitude questions were discussed during the session, so it gave me confidence that if I practice many questions I would qualify for the aptitude tests. The sessions were informative as I learned about SWOT analysis and so many things.SWOT analysis helped me in realizing what are my strengths and weakness. It also showed me how to reduce my weaknesses and strengthen my strengths. In the session, we also discussed about how emotions can be controlled or managed. Overall the orientation class was awesome.
