Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative, in collaboration with KIED and MSME, conducted an Entrepreneurship Workshop at NSS College, Pandhalam, aimed at nurturing entrepreneurial thinking and startup awareness among students. The session was handled by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer.
The workshop created a dynamic learning environment where students explored entrepreneurship as a career path and understood how ideas can be transformed into practical ventures. Vishnu guided students through discussions on innovation, problem-solving, opportunity identification, and the importance of developing an entrepreneurial mindset in today’s competitive world.
Students actively participated in idea-sharing sessions and interactive discussions that highlighted the relevance of skill development, adaptability, and creativity in building successful startups. The program also emphasized how institutional support from organizations like KIED and MSME helps young entrepreneurs access resources, mentorship, and guidance.
The initiative encouraged students to think beyond conventional career paths and explore self-employment and innovation-driven opportunities. It strengthened awareness about startup culture and the role of youth in shaping future industries.
