Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, led the session on 5 Critical Skills Every Candidate Needs, focusing on adaptability, communication, and industry readiness. Sujith Surendran, Certified Soft Skill, Life Skill, and Corporate Trainer, conducted the session on Leadership and Teamwork, highlighting the importance of collaboration and workplace effectiveness.
