With this everyday reality in mind, a Digital Marketing Training Session was conducted for students at UIT Pirappancode, focusing on how digital platforms influence business growth, communication, and career opportunities. The session aimed to help students understand how online visibility and strategic content play a key role in modern business success.
Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, led the session by introducing core areas of digital marketing such as social media strategy, content creation, audience targeting, and performance tracking. Rather than presenting it as theory, the discussion connected these concepts with real-life examples that students interact with daily.
The session also highlighted how businesses use digital platforms to build brand identity, engage with customers, and create long-term value. Students gained clarity on how digital marketing goes beyond posting content—it involves planning, creativity, data analysis, and understanding audience behaviour.
