With this understanding, a soft skills training session was conducted for technicians at Havells and Lloyd in association with Talent Sapphire, focusing on strengthening workplace behaviour, communication effectiveness, and professional confidence. The session addressed the practical challenges technicians face in daily operations and how soft skills influence coordination, safety, and efficiency on the job.

Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, led the session through relatable workplace scenarios, real-life examples, and interactive discussions. The training explored how technicians can enhance communication with teams, manage workplace stress, improve interpersonal interactions, and respond effectively in demanding situations.
