Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative successfully conducted an informative Industrial Visit (IV) session for students from Saradha College, aimed at providing real-world industry exposure and enhancing students’ understanding of professional expectations beyond the classroom.
The session was led by Vishnu Prasad, Senior HR Professional and UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer, who shared valuable insights into industry structure, workplace culture, and emerging career opportunities.
