Team Inspire by Srishti Innovative successfully conducted an engaging Leadership Workshop and Outbound Training Program at Kristu Jyothi College, aimed at developing leadership qualities, teamwork, and interpersonal effectiveness among students. The program was designed to go beyond classroom learning by providing experiential and activity-based exposure that strengthens both personal and professional competencies.
The training sessions were led by Sujith Surendran, Certified Soft Skill, Life Skill, and Corporate Trainer, along with Ajay Sreedhar, UNDP-Certified Soft Skill & Life Skill Trainer. Together, they facilitated a dynamic learning environment that encouraged active participation, reflection, and collaboration.
The workshop and outbound activities focused on leadership mindset, communication, decision-making, adaptability, and team dynamics. Through group challenges, problem-solving tasks, and guided reflections, students learned the importance of trust, accountability, and strategic thinking in leadership roles. The experiential nature of the outbound training helped participants understand how leadership and teamwork function in real-life situations under pressure and uncertainty.
The program created high energy and enthusiasm among students, enabling them to build confidence, strengthen peer relationships, and develop a growth-oriented mindset.
